£17,000 to £22,000 depending on experience and hours
We are looking for an Office Administrator to work for our client based in Wrexham. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator will include a small amount of bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office activities and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office and machine supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare weekly reports to the MD
Customer quotations and scheduling and ordering the necessary supplies to run the business.Candidates must have a basic knowledge of sage accounting
