We are currently supporting our client, a manufacturing business based in Ewloe, Flintshire, in their search for a temporary Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned company and contribute to their success.

Position: Administrator

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Working Pattern: Part-Time, 3 days a week

Hourly Rate: £12.50

In this hybrid role, you will be supporting the regional manager and director with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, and acting as the main point of contact for the office building. Additionally, you will ensure that the offices are tidy and well-organised, stocking the kitchen and handling office supply orders.

To be successful in this role, you should be an experienced administrator who can hit the ground running. You should be outgoing, bubbly, and enjoy working alongside others, as you will be liaising with multiple teams in the office building. Furthermore, being well-organised and proactive in your approach will be crucial.

Requirements:

Strong administrative experience
Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and online SharePoint sites
Knowledge of SAP (desired but not essential)
Background in Health and Safety would be advantageousThis is a temporary position with an immediate start, offering 21 to 24 working hours per week. You will be office-based on Mondays and Wednesdays, and have the flexibility to work from home on Tuesdays. Although this role is initially temporary, there is potential for it to become permanent in the future.
