In the Administrator job you will be:
Dealing with incoming calls, general enquiries and correspondence
General administration tasks including dealing with bookings, taking payments, completing paperwork and preparing reports
Handling and inputting of confidential information
Supporting customer support teams
To be considered for the Administrator job you must have:
Excellent customer service & communication skills with the ability to handle complaints
Previous administration and reception experience including handling financial information
Good IT and organisational skills
Fluent Welsh speaking – advantage
This is a temporary on-going position, working full time hours of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will be office based in Colwyn Bay on an hourly pay rate of up to £8.85 per hour plus holiday accrual.
