Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
* Enrolling in our intensive 16-week training program for recruitment success.
* Attend client meetings, foster client relationships, conduct interviews, and bring in new business.
Requirements:
* Energy, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to understand client needs and advise candidates.
* Confidently offer innovative recruitment solutions.
* Networking skills and market knowledge.
* Sales, customer service, or recruitment experience preferred.
