NonStop's client, an local authority based in North Wales is looking for a Team Manager for its Leaving Care team. This is an authority embracing new technology and ways of working. The successful candidate will support staff within the service through supervision, quality assuring reports, assisting and supporting the contact service and overall supporting the Service Manager.
Ideally candidates will have some previous management experience, this is because they are looking for candidates to come in and hit the ground running. You will be joining a highly regarded authority. A team of 8 with an Assistant manager and Service Manager to aid and support you throughout your time at this local authority. It is flexible working with some days in the office & working remotely.
