Teaching Assistant – ALN

Full Time Temporary

Do you have the time and patience to make a difference in the lives of young children?
Can you make a difference in the lives of children requiring 1-to-1 support?
Would you embrace the opportunity of supporting a young male pupil as a Year 1 teaching assistant?
You have an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children. On this particular occasion, a young male pupil in Year 1 requires your care and patience in the form of 1-to-1 support. You can make a real difference in his life and the many other children requiring additional support. In many schools, children face a daily and wide range of complex difficulties, and they need your time and support as a 1-to-1 teaching assistant to help overcome them.

While teachers have a vital part to play in helping those children to overcome those difficulties, they have an entire class to focus on all the time. A 1-to-1 teaching assistant ensures pupils receive the necessary dedicated attention, and this is something that you can do. You will provide the additional time and input he requires, increasing his confidence and levels of participation.

If you are considering a long-term role in education, this role provides an opportunity to secure a long-term and permanent contract of employment.
