An established organisation is seeking an experienced Typist/Administrator to join their team to help support the varied functions throughout the department. This is your chance to get your foot in the door in a role that could lead to new opportunities!
In the role of Support Secretary, you will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive secretarial support undertaking audio typing of clinical letters and other records
Administration tasks including filing and data inputting onto in house systems
Receiving and making telephone calls
To be considered for the Support Secretary job, you must have:
Previous administration and audio typing experience, preferably within a medical setting
IT skills including PIMS or similar medical software
A compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle themselves well in stressful situations
Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
This is a temporary ongoing role for initially 1 month working full time hours, Monday to Friday. You will be based in their offices in Bodelwyddan and on an hourly salary of £9.45 per hour plus holidays.
