Key Responsibilities:

* As Inventory Controller, you will hold a fundamental role within the Distribution / Supply
* Chain team in accurately monitoring and managing inventory/stock levels.
* Monitoring electronic files between head office and logistic centres.
* Querying excel information to create reports for management.
* Communicating across the internal functions of the business (sales, purchasing, planning,
* warehouse)
* You will take ownership of inventory for multiple brands and product lines and will set
* the minimum & maximum stock levels, expediting orders ensuring that the production
* process runs smoothly and deadlines/targets are achieved.
* This role requires a strong attention to detail, an understanding of data, forecasting and
* identifying sales trends in order to ensure the right level of stock is maintained in the
* right place.
* You will also be in direct contact for assigned suppliers and 3PL teams.
* You will be completing a number of administration tasks, including updating the system
* and completing excel tasks.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Experience within an inventory controller / Stock Analyst role, minimum of 2 years
* consistent experience.
* Ideally coming from a distribution or manufacturing background/environment.
* Experience in clothing/fashion distribution would be beneficial.
* IT proficient with exposure to MRP/ERP systems, must be advanced user on Excel
* Spreadsheets and have the ability to use Pivot tables and VLOOKUP up.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to problem solve efficiently.
