Shift Manager – Foodservice Wholesale Depot Full Time Permanent

An already established wholesaler to the catering and hospitality industry they are now searching to appoint an experienced Shift Manager to join their depot team in Criccieth.

The role:

Reporting into the Depot Operations Manager this is a hands on role, accountable for the safe, secure and legal operation of the depot on a daily basis.

You will be managing a sizeable headcount and therefore we require someone with proven man management experience in either a food retail, wholesale, manufacturing or warehouse management type business.

About you:

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in large-scale leadership, used to working in a fast paced, health and safety focussed environment. An exposure to food wholesale/retail or manufacturing would be advantageous but can be trained.

You must be a strong operator with good people management skills and an adaptable motivational approach to your daily workload.
