Service Manager – Care Home – Colywn Bay
£30,000 to £34,000 per annum plus bonus opportunity
The Service Manager will be the Registered Manager of the residential home, you will lead your team to ensure the 30+ residents of the home receive the care and dignity they require. The home is part of a small group of homes so you will have full support, guidance, and assistance from your regional manager and head office. As Service Manager, you will ensure that the home continues to maintain a good standard of care for the residents and you will ensure your team is able to effectively provide the care required through your leadership and mentoring.
As an established Service Manager you will be able to oversee the running of the residential home from care management, financially, and employee training and development while ensuring the home is engaging and inclusive of all its resident’s needs.
The ideal candidate for the Service Manager Position:
* Established Service Manager who has held Registered Manager Status
* NVQ level 4/5 or equivalent
* A good communicator who is able to lead the team effectively
* Experience in care planning
* Ability to mentor and train staff members to deliver quality care
* Experience in running a home including financial/budgets
