Procurement Analyst – Food Manufacturing

My client a successful and well-respected food manufacture in London are seeking a Procurement Analyst to collect, visualise and present data relating to all procurement activities within the Group. 

Reporting to the Procurement Director you will be responsible for enhancing the accuracy and integrity of key data.

Role

Manage data, produce reports, forecast, spend, supplier terms, rebates, PPV, price forecast, contract cover
Report data analysis findings to Senior Management Teams (SMT)
Analyse, and visualise data using Excel, System 21 and TM1
Create budget for raw materials and packaging
Model and Forecast, Insight to price volume and mix
Working with Finance Teams – cost management and models
Indirect procurement activity support to stakeholders
Pro actively identify areas for improvement/ recommendations
Skills and experience

Attention to detail
Strong Excel skills (System 21 and TM1 is advantageous)
Data Visualisation
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to interpret and evaluate data leading to decision making
Manage multiple projects

Circa £45K per year
Days – Monday to Friday
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
