Senior IT Support Technician, Remote, £30,000-£35,000

You will be working as a Senior IT Technician for a company based in Wales.

They've been around for 20 years supplying SMEs with 2nd line support services and have enjoyed good growth over the years, even during the covid period and are looking to expand. They're a Microsoft Partner and currently assist more than 800 customers UK Wide with their IT requirements.

They're trying to break into more SMEs to be their MSP and are looking for someone to help them.

Your role will be to work with the Tech Support team to provide effective managed services to their customers. Your role will include working with the Sales team to ensure that suggested Managed Services can be costed and delivered effectively, managing the customers IT Services (including Desktops, Servers, Networks, firewalls), as well as ensuring SLAs are being hit.

This would suit someone coming from an MSP Support background that has an eye for business strategy and wants to gain experience in this area.


Microsoft Server Qualification (MCSA or MCSE required)
Networking Experience
Experience working within an MSP to provide 2nd line support
Experience working to help cost and deliver a managed service, with SLA tracking experienceThis role is fully remote but will include the occasional visit to client site so a driving licence is also required.

On offer is a salary up to £35,000, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday.
