My client, a successful consumer brand near Wrexham is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. If you have some sales experience within a business to consumer environment, ideally with some French/Spanish experience (preferred) please get in touch!
Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of International customer accounts
* Working towards International channel sales targets and set KPI’s
* Generating new business through current International channels and exploring new opportunities
* Managing a pipeline of new business and reporting against progress
* Maximizing revenue by exploring all sales opportunities with a focus on International growth
* Processing sales orders and credits
* Recording and maintaining customer information
* Reporting upon International channel progress weekly/ monthly
* Using data and internal reports to put forward proactive suggestions for account/ International channel growth
* Implementing annual strategies with International customers and coordinating key tasks to delivery dates required
* Using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to proactively contact customers
* Working closely with other internal departments to ensure we are fulfilling customer requirements
* Understanding/ Researching channel trends, utilizing internal reports and external sources
* Occasional travel to trade and consumers shows and customer offices nationally or internationally
Skills Required:
* Must have extensive sales experience within a similar role (B2C sector) – essential
* Experience of managing International accounts – preferred
* Fluent Spanish/French speaking – preferred not essential
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to work as a part of a small team and across departments
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be beneficial
* Must be able to engage with business professionals at all levels
* Must be highly motivated to achieve goals set
* Must be articulate, friendly and outgoing in order to convey a variety of ideas and concepts
* Ability to work to a very high standard whilst under pressure
* Able to travel to customers, shows, events when required
Salary £23k+£3900 Bonus, flexi hours, mon-Friday 8.30am-5pm, home working – TBC, pension, 22 days + bank holidays (increasing to 25 days)
