The Company: My client is a well-established and innovative business that specialise in selling an exclusive range of products to Agricultural and Garden Machinery Distributors.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and working with an established team of four field-based sales professionals covering the UK.

The Industry: Agricultural and Garden Machinery Distributors throughout the UK.

The Job Role Overview:

This exciting role is primarily office based and offers a high degree of variety from sales, market research, social media development, product marketing, area sales rep and distributor support, product exhibition and show planning etc. The role is to develop, support and enhance sales for a fast moving and growing company with an established field sales team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

* Pro-active and forward-thinking in their approach.

* Self-Motivated, decisive and have problem solving skills.

* Excellent communication skills at all levels.

* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

* Proficient in multi-media and computer skills

* Mechanical and practical approach.

* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to sell and build business relationships.

* The individual must be charismatic, engaging and hard-working with a desire to succeed and develop a career within the industry.

Salary package

C £30K

With generous agreed performance-based bonus structure
