gap Professional are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client's sales team. Based in Wrexham, as the Sales Administrator you will serve as a first point of contact for repeat customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide additional support for the Sales Representatives.
Pay & Hours of Work
Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5pm
£23k – £24k per annum dependant on experienceResponsibilities
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails from customers.
Processing orders on to the system.
Dealing with customer enquiries regards to orders and products.
Liaising with other departments as and when required.
Completing general administration tasks.Requirements
Must have a valid driving licence.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience of working within manufacturing is essential.
Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Have a positive attitude to work.
Able to prioritise workload and have excellent time management skills.
