I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a fantastic EBD children's home in the Holywell area.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work within a well-established company.

They are offering a £5000 welcome bonus to join their team!

The Role:

You would be managing a 4 bed EBD home working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with no weekends. You would be included in the management on call rota (usually one in every eight weeks dependent on staff holidays)

Role Requirements:

Experience managing a children's home.
Level 5 management qualification.
Positive and can-do attitude.
Able to manage and motivate a team.Benefits:

Ability to earn up to £48,000 per annum based on a bonus structure and inspection record.
