Registered Manager for a Care Home with Nursing in Flintshire

£50,000 pa

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in managing a care home and would like the challenge of pulling together a team to open up a care home with nursing for up to 50 residents?

This Registered Manager position requires someone who can work from the ground up and put together a team to manage and lead a team to operate a care home with nursing facilities in the Flintshire area.

As the Registered Manager, you would be managing and leading your team to provide a safe, friendly, and effective environment for both residents and staff with the full backup of the regional manager and their team.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position in Flintshire:

* Excited at the opportunity to open a home for new residents and be able to work with the company to put everything in place

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a Nursing environment

* Registered Nurse with an active PIN

* Has a good track record of inspections and qualified to NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care

* Able to lead a team to deliver the care required for each and every resident
