The Educate Group would like to hear from highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultants interested in joining their expanding team across the whole of North Wales, Cheshire, and Shropshire. Your role will involve working alongside talented and successful recruitment consultants in a high performing, autonomous working environment with future management opportunities.

Since September 2017, Educate have quickly established themselves as the education recruiter of choice for schools across Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, and Cheshire. With a combined 75+ years' experience and a growing number of highly skilled consultants and managers, we have developed expertise across a range of sectors including Alternative Provision, Residential Child Care, Tutoring and Initial Teacher Training.

A warm primary and secondary education desk based in Chester, with an extensive list of contacts and key decision makers, awaits. Educate are the only company offering a powerful end-to-end and multidimensional support service to education and are also on the NPS Framework for the whole of North Wales and CCS Framework for England. You will be starting from a fantastic position, where there will be opportunities to develop your career towards management by mentoring and managing a small and successful team of School Relationship Managers and Consultants.

The ideal Senior Recruitment Consultant will be:

Career focused and have proven experience of mentoring and managing consultants
An experienced recruiter (open to any sector) or sales team leader
Successful at working to and exceeding sales targets
Resilient, self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate professionally with decision makers at all levels of seniority
Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities within the marketplace
Able to drive and have access to their own vehicle
