In the Receptionist job, you will be responsible for:
Receiving and making telephone calls and dealing with any enquiries
Booking appointments and diary management
Administration duties including data inputting
To be considered for the Receptionist job, you will need:
Previous reception / customer service experience
Excellent administration, customer service and communication skills
Strong administration skills and IT skills including MS Office packages and Google Documents
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
This is a part time, temporary role for 2-3 months to cover leave. The role will be based in their offices in Colwyn Bay and will be on an hourly pay rate of £8.72 plus holiday pay whilst on the assignment.
