Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: up to £55,000 + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Onsite ParkingWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Social Housing to join a dynamic team covering Stoke & Cheshire. The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in overseeing commercials on large retrofit projects, managing a team of surveyors, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Surveyors, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Oversee commercials on large scale projects, ensuring financial success.
Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Set and achieve targets, motivating individuals to meet and exceed goals.
Comfortable pricing large scale tenders and managing the tendering process.
Head up a department to manage quote opportunities, debt, and invoicing targets.
Work closely with Operations Manager to streamline processes.
Manage other surveyors on their commercials, without direct involvement in their own projects.To be successful in this position you will need to have the below knowledge/experience:
Essential experience in coding/invoicing using SORs and the ability to build valuations using such methods.
Social Housing background of at least 3 years.
Qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
