Quantity Surveyor – House Builder Full Time Permanent

Our client is leading regional house builder based in North Wales with sites throughout the North West & North Wales.

We currently have over two hundred and fifty houses under construction across six sites.

You will need proven knowledge of housing development and will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management of various housing projects including the management of sub-contract tenders, orders, payments, budgets, site valuations and general surveying management duties for sites under your control.

Good interpersonal skills are essential, together with an assertive stance when dealing with subcontractors
