Your Role:

As a pivotal figurehead within our commercial team, your day-to-day will involve providing indispensable back-end support, ensuring financial robustness, and engaging confidently in customer-facing meetings. Your role is central to our operations in North Wales, with occasional travel to support our expanding business footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

* Spearhead the financial management and valuation of projects across England and Wales.

* Uphold precise financial control systems, ensuring timely monthly reports on cost value reconciliation.

* Offer comprehensive support to operational teams on contractual and commercial issues, fostering seamless information flow between site and office.

* Travel as needed to bolster staff and client relations on-site, embodying Breedon’s commitment to excellence.

We Are Looking For:

* Ideally, a BSc, HND, or HNC in Quantity Surveying, though we recognise the value of experience and drive over specific qualifications.

* At least three years of industry experience in Quantity Surveying, with a preference for those familiar with highways and local authority sectors.

* Proven ability to collaborate with operations teams, managing cost-value reports and overseeing project financials.

* A valid UK driving license and a readiness to embrace the dynamic nature of this role.

* An individual eager to learn, grow, and drive progressive change within our entrepreneurial business environment.
