Project Co-ordinator

Contract Full Time

Our Client Scottish Power Energy Networks are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join the team based in Llandudno, Wales.

This role will initially be for 18 months.

Accountability Statements
• Assist in the delivery, tracking and reporting.
•Through active customer and stakeholder engagement support delivery of planned & reactive outputs
•Drive robust project plans from the team to facilitate business deliverables in line with district and licence plans which are devised to minimise outages to customers.
•To drive continual performance improvement through analysis of process & outputs
•Co-ordinate the project delivery alongside external service partners managing efficient CAPEX, high quality and customer service.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

•Project support or management experience
•Contract management experience
•Track record of effective stakeholder and customer service engagement and management.
•Ability to communicate and present information effectively at all levels.
•Experience either directly or indirectly managing & leading people is desirable.
•Solid computer literacy and the ability to use various Microsoft Office apps such as Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint etc.
•Willingness to travel as required
