KSS CRC, part of the Seetec Group, has probation divisions in Wales; Dorset, Devon and Cornwall; Kent, Surrey and Sussex; Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
We are looking to recruit a competent administrator to join our Interventions Programmes team. Our dedicated Programmes Team is responsible for delivering a suite of accredited HMPPS Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programmes which meet the needs of our service users, covering topics such as domestic abuse, violence and aggression, substance misuse and challenging behaviour.
The Resource Administrator is a configural part of the team responsible for providing an effective administrative service, you will plan and organise your own work schedule in order to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and maintain service user contact details on the database to enable colleagues to plan appropriate placements on programmes for service users.
* Assist with the coordination and implementation of appropriate resources in support of meetings and appointments.
* Record service user attendance details in order to produce management information, workload statistics and trend information.
* Ensure effective communication is achieved both verbally and through written correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support with the ability to work on their own and as part of a wider team. You must be a confident IT user able to accurately record information and produce statistical data.
We are looking for someone experienced in:
* Communicating with a wide range of people in a variety of settings.
* Dealing with information on a confidential basis.
* Organising own work load, prioritising work to meet deadlines.
* Attending meetings, taking and distributing notes
Salary: £19,977 to £22,257 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Covering North Wales – base location flexible
Hours: Full time – 37 hours a week, Mon-Fri
