Primary Teaching Assistant- Resource Provision

Full Time Temporary

Are you looking for a new role in education?
Can you provide care and support to children with varying needs?
Do you want to work for a company that puts your needs first?
If you answered 'yes' to the above, your next exciting job opportunity could be on the horizon.

Educate are supporting a local Wrexham primary school looking for a responsible, caring and open-minded teaching assistant to work in their Resource Provision starting from September. The role will be full-time five days a week, so a long term commitment is required. As a Resource Provision Teaching Assistant, your role will be challenging and varied, no two days are the same! You will be working closely with a variety of pupils aged 4-10 with varying personal needs. Your support will be required in various areas throughout the working day, from helping take off coats at the start and end of the day, to assisting with toilet breaks, supervising during lunchtime and supporting during lessons. This will be a hugely rewarding long term position, giving you the chance to build meaningful, positive relationships with the pupils and make an incredible impact on the development of these young children.

This is a great opportunity to start or continue your career in education, working as part of a team committed to supporting a class of brilliant young pupils. No previous Teaching Assistant experience is required, however due to the caring nature of the role previous experience working with children or young adults in some capacity is desirable. If you have previously worked in care, education, coaching or nannying, you may possess the transferable skills required to complete this role!
