Maintain payroll information by collating and calculating data and entering onto SAGE payroll
Up to date knowledge of Payroll and Pension legislation
Updating payroll records for departments, pensions, rates of pay
Liaising with managers and reporting on sickness issues / holiday allowances
Preparing and reconciling payroll reports (deductions, pensions, NI & Tax etc)
Making timely and accurate payments to external agencies (Pension, HMRC)
Swiftly resolving payroll discrepancies
Issuing P45's and other Tax Forms
Calculating and preparing annual P11D return
