Contract Full Time


Interested in working for a market leading, national company?  Passionate about providing the best customer experience possible?  Our client is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join their friendly team based in modern offices in Bangor, Gwynedd (Covid safe) in a role that will enhance your career opportunities.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for:

The organisation of the phone switchboard, directing people to the appropriate department or contact whilst maintaining a professional manner to reflect the company image
Front-of-house duties and administrative functions for colleagues, as well as carrying out activities that help to make a visit to the office memorable, productive and focussed
Presenting the professional face of the company to visitors, welcoming guests and providing information and guidance to make their visit run smoothly whilst maintaining health, safety and security protocols.
Ensuring that all incoming company mail / post is stamped in on arrival and passed to the relevant department.
Ensuring outgoing company mail / post is sorted and franked and put in the relevant collection point for the post person / Royal Mail to collect.
Maintaining accurate records in relation to visitors, guests and events that take place in the building.
Assist with managing catering arrangements for group meetings, events, and other activities.
We would love to see your CV if you have the following:

Previous accounts and administration experience working within an office environment
Previous Office Management experience
Experience of managing and leading a team
Strong customer service skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft office packages 
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience of dealing with subcontractors, booking in maintenance contracts, and aspects of health and safety
In return you will be rewarded with a full-time fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, and a competitive salary depending on your skills and experience. Working hours are Mon – Thurs 8:00am – 5:00pm, 8:00am – 3:30pm on a Friday.
