The client, a long established business are seeking an Administrator/Accounts Administrator to work from their busy office on the Wrexham Industrial Estate
The role will be undertaking a mixture of basic accounting duties, coupled with fast paced administration of several areas of the group of businesses. It is an exciting role, working in a lovely team, where no two days are the same.
You will receive full training as it is anticipated you would have at-least a 4 week handover period to undergo training on systems and processes.
Typical Day to Day duties as follows:-
* Post and Generate Invoices
* Collating Order Information and processing
* Processing Orders
* Answering Telephone
* General Ad-hoc administrative duties.
* Helping out colleagues of other departments with additional administrative needs
The company use the following systems, therefore if you have some prior knowledge it would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided:-
* Sage 50
It is also expected you will have strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Someone who can multitask easily.
* Team player who is eager to assist other colleagues with workloads and tasks when required.
