Multi Skilled Joiner Contract Full Time

I am currently looking for a City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Multi Skilled Joiner to cover North Wales

Job Purpose – To be part of a mobile maintenance team providing a quality ( multi skilled ) maintenance and refurbishment service to both occupied and empty properties within specific timescales in a manner that demonstrates a high regard for customer care, standard of workmanship and efficiency.

Statement of the main areas of responsibility

Accountable for the up keep of a vehicle and up to £4k of tools, equipment, and material, within your control.

Carry out the full range of maintenance tasks to any property or asset

Joinery
Plastering
Tiling
Brick laying
Windows and locks
DecoratingEnsure all appropriate paperwork and certificates if required are completed and submitted.

Work in any operational team as directed, i.e. planned, responsive, adaptations etc.

To recommend repair solutions to line manager as required.
To liaise with tenants and other trades in order to deliver an effective service.
To contribute to community involvement and tenant participation activities as required.
To ensure feedback is actively sought in order to inform service improvement for customers and develop more efficient and effective ways of working.
To utilise ICT technology and systems effectively by developing appropriate skills, adopting efficient business processes, and maintaining data securely and accurately
Work requires lifting and carrying and operation of hand and power tools. The limited use of ICT systems (hand held devices) and technology is a requirement of the post.
The role is site based and there is a daily requirement to travel locally. On occasion the job holder may be To be comfortable with everyday Welsh conversations/discussions specifically in relation to your job. Be confident to converse in Welsh when required.
