Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Employment type: Permanent, full- time

Location: Wrexham

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 p.a. + overtime

My client is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their business in Wrexham. They are a manufacturing business with over 30 years of experience in their field.

The Role

Working alongside a fellow Maintenance Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out my client's planned maintenance schedule, as well as being responsible for reactive maintenance and repairs. The operating equipment is predominantly corrugated machines and large gear run manufacturing machines.

Experience/ Skills Required

Qualified Mechanical Engineer
Previous experience in manufacturing/ production/ FMCG environment is preferred, though not essential
My client will consider applications from Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
