Siemens Healthineers is looking for a skilled and collaborative Manufacturing Manager to join our inclusive team in Llanberis. This full-time Manufacturing Manager role is site based at our Llanberis facility and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for effectively planning, coordinating, and managing all activities and delivering to budget and agreed targets for individual value streams under your control. You will also manage complex technical manufacturing processes and associated equipment for molecular biology, cell culture, and infectious disease value streams to deliver material requirements and meet business demand.

In this role you can expect to:

Provide the leadership and organisation required to conduct CRMM operations and develop the capability to meet future needs
Maximise staff contribution and develop individuals to their full potential by providing effective coaching/mentoring and appraisal throughout the department
Operate to high standards of GLP and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and a range of internal QMS standards applicable
Ensure the department meets agreed targets for product quality, availability, output, timeliness and costRole Requirements:

A degree and comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing Management
Experience in Manufacturing Management in a highly regulated environment
High degree of technical skill and experience across the specific disciplines of Cell Culture, Hybridoma and Molecular biology
Excellent people skills, team development and performance management skills
A working knowledge of Quality Systems and Manufacturing Management TechniquesWe have great benefits including:
