IT First Line Support Full Time Temporary

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for anIT First Line Support Analyst on a full time temporary position.

Our client, who are a well established and reputable company based in the Denbighshire area of North Wales are seeking a Systems Helpdesk Analyst to join their fast paced and dynamic team.

The role of a Systems Helpdesk Analyst will include:

First point of contact for the company's infrastructure
Providing 1st Line Support for users who are experiencing system problems
General IT trouble shooting, which may include basic user training
Support for installations and IT support for the Company's other sites
The ideal candidate should have:

Experience of various computer packages
Excellent telephone communication skills
Experience within in customer service
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, who can work on their own initiative as well as in a team.
