We are looking for the Information Analyst to join team in one of those locations: Wrexham, Abergele or Bangor.

Remote working option to discuss on interview!

4 months Temporary contract, Full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Band 6
Pay rate: £14.33 – £19.96 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

* The purpose of the role is to provide specialist information support to CPG's and corporate departments across the organisation.
* The post holder will be a specialist in their particular area and will work with operational managers and their staff to develop detailed understanding of the organisation's information requirements.
* The post holder will lead discrete pieces of analytical work and be responsible for advising on specialist information issues.
* The post holder will support a range of organisational and CPG projects, providing specialist information advice and analysis.

Duties:

* The successful candidate will work across Primary Care and Community Services, supporting the needs of clinicians and managers through the provision of a comprehensive reporting and analysis service.
* The successful applicant will need to ensure they understand the business needs and priorities of the service and how information can provide support.
* You will have significant autonomy to act and be expected to develop plans that can help drive change throughout the organisation, working across departmental boundaries to influence change positively.
* You will be required to produce various reports and analyses, exercising your expert opinion, and provide advice and guidance in the form of written reports and formal presentations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience of the NHS is desirable but not essential; above all you must be comfortable working with numbers and people, a logical and analytical thinker, and highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products (in particular Power Bi, SQL and Excel).
* You will need to be numerate, curious and with a passion for helping others.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable presenting analytical findings to large groups of cross-professional staff.
* We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, and the creative vision to design effective reports that meet user requirements.
* You will have excellent people skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible solutions.
* You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
