A unique opportunity has arisen for you to put your maintenance / hands on experience to good use in a role that will ensure you aren't just stuck at a desk! 

You'll be travelling to various locations in North Wales providing a high quality maintenance service.

In the Industrial Cleaner / Decorator Job you will be responsible for:

Working as part of a small team to meet works order requirements

Treating infected areas with appropriate interventions

Undertaking maintenance work prior to and following delivery of interventions e.g. stripping walls, painting etc.

Completing required documentation including works order and evaluation forms

Delivering quality customer service including setting the scene for the customer regarding process

Effective management of Health and Safety

To be considered for the Industrial Cleaner / Decorator role you must have:

Full, clean driving licence and be over the age of 24 for insurance purposes

DIY / Maintenance skills and experience

Proven ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic administration skills due to completion of paperwork and risk assessments
This is a temporary 2-3 month position, working full time hours based across the North Wales area. Working hours are typically around 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, on a pay rate of £8.72 per hour plus paid holiday.
