HR Administrator required for a fast paced busy office.

JOB ROLE –

* Prepare and communicates offer packets for new hires, collecting information once completed.

* Conducts references checks, as assigned.

* Ensures new employee information is communicated to appropriate departments.

* Ensures applicable resources are prepared for the new employee’s start date.

* Assists with new hire orientation.

HR Operations Support

* Keeps accurate and up to date electronic personnel files.

* Audits records for compliance, including I-9 forms, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, and beneficiary forms.

* Runs and distributes accurate reports by required deadlines.

* Completes scanning, filing and data entry, as necessary.

* Completes special projects, as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills:

* CIPD – Level 3

* A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a related position is required

* Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is required.

* Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

* Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.

* Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.

* Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

* Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position
