Temp Helpdesk Operative required for large FM company based in Broughton,Chester Area.
Start date: 15th Feb Till 12th March.
9.14 per hour paye
Salary – 18.5k
Working Hours
07:00 – 17:00 on a rota basis Mon – Fri
8.5 hours per day – working 42.5 hours
Duties
First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity, received by telephone and e-mail.
Inputting new work tasks in to concept to ensure that attendance takes place within the required timeframes. Plan PPM work for engineers and sub-contractors
Track the daily work outstanding for engineers and sub-contractors
Raise purchase requisition and/or purchase orders.
Collate accurate reports as required.
Ad hoc administration duties.
Managing quoted works process liaising with contract staff where required.Experience
Previous experience of a customer-facing role is essential.
Understanding of the FM business/Helpdesk Experience – desirable .
An excellent telephone manner.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
