600 covers per week.

Brigade consists of 1 Head Chef , 3 chef DE Partie and 3 kitchen porters.

Focus of the kitchen to is produce quality food using fresh ingredients from scratch.

48 contracted hours per week over 4-5 days

2 bonus schemes: £6K Head chef bonus scheme and annual profit scheme.
