Engineering Maintenance Leader

Up to 45k Basic Salary

Deeside

Monday – Friday morning and afternoon Shift

Due to year on year growth and constant strategy improvements, one of the most successful manufacturers in the region are seeking an Electrical Engineering professional who has already taken that slight step up in to leadership.

The Engineering Leader:

* Overseeing a number of engineers, having responsibility over job delegation and day to day maintenance operations.

* Opportunity to work cross functionally within the business and other departments.

* Ensuring the team follow H&S procedures in place.

* Overseeing and assisting projects for machinery modifications/improvements.

* Mostly PPM work, alongside reactive breakdowns.

* Maintenance of Production Machinery within a high-volume environment.

* Those who are electrically biased will work on: Single & 3 Phase Electrics, Motors, Invertors, Wiring and PLC Fault Finding.

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following skills & experience:

The successful Engineering Leader will be from electrical background. Applicants will need to have manufacturing, Industrial OR FMCG industry experience and a formal engineering qualification (ideally HNC qualified or equivalent in Electrical Engineering). Previous leadership experience is essential.
