Customer Services Agent
Full time, permanent position
Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Services Agent based at our Borras Office, Wrexham. Borras Airfield, Holt Rd, Wrexham LL13
Working within a team in a fast paced environment you will be responsible for dealing with customer sales enquiries for aggregates, asphalt and readymix. The office also provides a distribution centre for a network of local concrete plants.
In this role you will be accountable for:
Telephone and email contact to and from customers.
An adept and timely response to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion.
Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively.
Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required.
Communicating effectively with commercial, production and haulage partners.
Proactively managing old age debt recovery.
Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development.Good verbal skills are essential and previous experience in the concrete, aggregate or asphalt product markets is desirable, along with a familiarity of the local geography.
