Our client is looking for a customer service administrator to work in their customer service department in Ruabon.
You will be responsible for administrative duties, customer service and order processing.
Duties and responsibilities will include :
1. Processing customer orders.
3.Accurately maintaining Customer price files.
4.Answering phone calls.
5.Investigating and processing customer complaints and invoice queries.
6.Processing all the relevant documentation.
Other Responsibilities :
Excellent attention to detail is essential.
Strong Customer Service skills and experience.
Ability to build excellent working relationships with both internal and external Customers.
Experience in working in a high pressure and volume environment.
A growing knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel ).
Experience in building strong working relationships both internally and externally.
