The Role – Customer Service Administrator
We have a newly created opportunity to assist our Business Development Executive. As the Customer Service Administrator you will be focused on providing a professional and first class service to our customers, whilst maintaining up to date knowledge of services and products available within the organisation and externally.
Your duties will include:
* Handling customer and reseller enquiries
* Producing and supplying quotations
* Answering inbound and making outbound calls (no cold calling)
* Confirming and processing orders
* Supporting and following up on sales orders
* Supporting customers and resellers with returns requests
* Assisting customers with order status requests
Our Requirements – Customer Service Administrator
* Proven experience gained in a customer service role
* Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to understand and proactively manage customer needs and requirements
* Comfortable working independently and making decisions without direct supervision
* Willing and able to travel to support the team with exhibitions and shows as and when required
Although not essential, knowledge of cutting equipment, along with a full UK driving licence, would be desirable.
The Package – Customer Service Administrator
You will be predominantly based at our modern lakeside sales and demonstration suite located on Wrexham Technology Park, although there will be frequent opportunities to attend and work at exhibitions and shows. You will benefit from:
* Salary up to £21,000, with the level dependent on experience
* Permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
* 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays (and Christmas shutdown)
