Our client is a marketing leade in the clothing distribution market. Trading globally, they are an innovative and ever-evolving business. Fast-paced, eager to develop and nurture new talent with skills to expand our ever-increasing presence.

Duties

* To manage a team, ensuring all creative is thoroughly briefed, planned, and assets are delivered within budget, to deadline and to the highest possible standard

* Overseeing creative content, design and sign-off of all print/digital catalogues produced

* Delivering diverse creative multi-channel content that's fresh, innovative, on-brand and customer focused

* Ensuring a high level of engagement at all times, maintaining impeccable creative standards

* Creation and development of multimedia content to support campaigns catalogues, print, digital, social media content, product marketing videos, web content PR activity and anything else we can think of

* Responding to ad-hoc creative briefs and presenting exciting creative responses to the team

* Working and respecting the multitude of brands we market, working closely with brand ambassadors and third party agencies.

Skills Requried:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a creative team, with the skills detailed above

* An ability to build relationships quickly, work collaboratively while providing strong direction is a must

* Good attention to detail, accurate, pride in the work presented and have a strong work ethic

* Proven Project Management experience, working to tight deadlines and always with an eye on budget and not afraid to roll up their sleeves

* You need to be able to manage successfully multiple tasks, can work to a plan and work in a fast-paced innovative environment

* Experience managing Social, influencer, PR and blog channels

* An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills and able to give presentations at all levels

* A wealth of multi-media production experience preferably gained in a fast-paced fashion environment
