VMS Fleet Management are an independent, industry leading Fleet and Accident Management specialist. We have been established since 2002 and have office locations throughout the UK. We provide a wide range of Fleet Management services to blue chip UK fleet operators and insurance companies. Services include: Accident Management, Contract Hire, Maintenance Management, Vehicle Hire, Refrigeration and Fleet Disposal.

VMS have built a strong, dynamic client base and pride ourselves on customer retention. Customer service and client focus are paramount to the business, and as a result, a Client Support Officer is now required to work onsite at our client’s office.

Summary:-

The role of Client Support Officer will require an extremely methodical and personable individual.  In addition you will have a keen attention to detail and be self motivated to ensure smooth administration procedures for a major account are followed to at all times.

The primary aim of the Client Support Officer is to ensure that the client’s needs and requirements are met and that the overall service level agreement is delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

Build close working relationships with members of the Home Delivery Team and VMS Key Account Manager

Provide Administrative support to the Home Delivery Team

Liaise between client stores and Fleet Management provider on a daily basis

Solve incoming telephone queries

Take ownership of and resolve complaints

Audit internal databases an systems

Oversee management of spare vehicles fleet

Assist VMS Maintenance Team with fleet compliance – daily checks and mileage records

Contribute to the ongoing success of the VMS Group

Key Skills Required:-

The ideal candidate will be:

able to confidently communicate, both orally and written

detail oriented and technically minded

able to work in a team and work in a team and on own initiative

able to efficiently utilise different computer and communication software applications with strong excel and organisational skills

able to successfully manage time

a proactive person and seek to prevent problems

Have previous experience of a working within the fleet management industry in a similar client facing role

Location: Field Based from Client site Deeside Industrial Park Chester (Flintshire)
Department: Delivered Sales Fleet Team
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Hours of work:  Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
