This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Onboarding Assistant to join a fast-growing company based on the outskirts of Chester in a quaint village location.

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager you will support the sales team with the onboarding of new law firms and existing firm’s applications. This time critical role requires co-ordinated organisation ensure a seamless application process for new firms.

In this varied role you will support the management of existing relationships with panel law firms and assist in maintaining the CRM system with all new leads and ongoing relationships. You will maintain a solid understanding of the firms offerings and similar industry / competitor products.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00, however flexibility is a must and you may be required to work outside of these hours from time to time. You will join a small, close knit team all with one goal in mind – success!

As Client Onboarding Assistant key responsibilities are:

Lead the onboarding process with new Panel Law Firms, from application and onboarding through to IT and going live, including training and visits where required
Regular contact, and where necessary visits to law firms
Proactively drive applications ensuring contact is regular and firms are followed up with when documents remain outstanding
Handle customer needs and requirements
Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs
Carry out market research tasks and execute outbound campaigns decided by sales team
Attending networking events to represent and promote the company
Support promotion of events and seminars
Key Skills and Experience:

Previous experience of working in a similar support or sales role
Experience in a financial or legal institution preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify new opportunities in the market
A good knowledge of IT products is required, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
The capacity to work alone or as part of a team
Ability to prioritise own workload
A desire to use your initiative to solve problems
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
