We are currently seeking a candidate for a clerical assistant/administrator role to be based in the HR office of an education provider based in Wrexham, North Wales.
This will be a full time 37 hour per week role operating on a temporary contract basis of up to 12 weeks, however further extensions or permanent staff may be offered at a later date. The role is to start in mid August.
We are looking for someone with admin experience with excellent organisational skills, has the ability to problem solve, be proactive and has excellent customer service skills.
Typical tasks may involve general administration and computer duties, scanning and uploading of documents, issuing contracts, and being a point of contact for staff employee queries
