Sales and Business Development Executive
Currently trialling a 4-day working week (with full time pay) throughout 2022.

The Role – Sales and Business Development Executive
You will benefit from training and support from our existing UK Sales team that will enable you to develop your existing skills and knowledge, and ultimately lead to you working autonomously delivering results, while part of our highly driven Sales team. Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:
* Prospecting new potential customers and qualifying leads
* Making outbound calls to follow up on leads
* Negotiating sales contracts
* Booking appointments to visit customers, and attending meetings, initially with the support of one of our Business Development Managers
* Processing sales orders
* Analysing and manipulating sales data on Excel and our invoicing system
The Package
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you’ll be part of our growing and profitable business where you’ll be given the autonomy, support, and training to deliver and reach your full potential. Your efforts and performance will be noticed and rewarded, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the business as you excel in the role.
You will also benefit from:
* Salary in the region of £27,000 to £30,000, plus monthly performance-based bonus scheme with OTE anticipated to be in the region of £32,500 to £36,000 dependent on experience
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for 4-day working trial)
* Permanent contract, working 8am to 5pm over a 4-day working week trial throughout 2022 with full time pay

You’ll be based at our offices in Sandycroft (Flintshire, North Wales), conveniently located near Chester, the Wirral, A55 and the M56.
Our Requirements – Sales and Business Development Executive
* Either have proven experience in a similar or relatable Sales / Business Development role, ideally gained within a B2B environment or experience gained in a proactive sales environment such as car sales, telesales or perhaps in an estate agency
* Confident communication skills, with an outgoing personality and an eagerness to succeed in a dynamic and progressive business development culture
* Results driven with enthusiasm to exceed targets
* Excellent computer skills, with the ability to manipulate data on Excel spreadsheets
* Superb numeracy and literacy skills
* Very organised with an excellent attention to detail
