Brand Ambassador Full Time Temporary

We are recruiting for Brand Ambassadors and Customer Service Representatives for a national public information campaign based on the Anglesey, North Wales. We are looking for confident, engaging and enthusiastic staff who enjoy engaging with the public.

Shifts are available from 7th January through to 31st March 2021. Full training will be provided and must be completed before your first shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing tailored information and advice to target audiences on a nationwide public campaign
Printing and stamping paperwork
Being a source of information and advice whilst also directing people to where more information is available online
Capturing data from engagements undertaken on the tablets/laptops provided
Daily beginning and end-of-day reporting
We are looking for the following experience/skills:

Proactive and engaging attitude
Basic office skills including confidence with basic office tech
2 years’ work experience essential and further experience in a consumer-facing role is desired
Good availability (Ideally, 4-5 days per week), with a consistent working pattern is preferred
Requirements:

Training must be completed
Full driving license and access to own vehicle (desirable)
Must be comfortable with working in inclement conditions at times – role will require being stationed within information booths situated at motorway service stations
Preferred:

Access to a car, shifts are based at service stations, so transportation is limited
Flexibility as a variety of shifts available as sites open 24/7
This is a full time temporary, role with shifts available from: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm and 10pm till 6am on a rota basis.  This role is based on Anglesey with an hourly rate of £10.00 plus holiday pay and additional shift allowance on offer for the night time shift.
