Hours: Full time (Monday – Thursday : 8am-4.30pm / Friday : 8am-3pm)
Salary: £21,000

Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for an Order/Planning Administrator to join their well-established Global Manufacturing company.

The main job duties include:

– Process orders via telephone, email and EDI while ensuring data accuracy.
– Responding to internal/external customer/Supplier enquiries.
– Maintain and update customer/Supplier records.
-Contact customers/suppliers to obtain missing information.
– Liaise with suppliers to plan the delivery of goods to achieve order dates.
– Liaise with internal departments.
– Allocate stock to sales orders based on their delivery date.
– Release picking notes daily to the warehouse to ensure despatch dates are met.
– Plan/Release the flow of work orders to the manufacturing facility to ensure despatch dates are met. 

Person specification required:

Will have a great telephone manner.
Will be confident dealing with internal/external customers/Suppliers.
Will have a very good attention for detail.
Will have a positive attitude.
Will have excellent organisational skills.
Should be IT literate with good excel/word skills.
Sage 200 experience is desirable but not essential.
