Administrator – Hybrid Working
Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a local organisation on a part-time, temporary, ongoing basis, located in the County of Conwy. Flexible hours are available for this role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work both remote and in-office as needed.
With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual who is confident, able to prioritise effectively and provide administrative support.
Hourly pay: £10.15+ (Depending on experience)
The Role:
– Provide administrative support to managers
– Preparation and Collection of organisation sign-up packs
– Maintaining and updating records
– Minute-taking at meetings
– Taking payments and dealing with queries over the phone
– Using IT and Admin systems
– Occasional Reception cover
The Ideal Candidate:
– Previous Administrative experience is essential
– Able to effectively communicate with colleagues and members of the public
– Excellent IT skills
– Minute-taking experience/skills
– Available immediately
