The Role:

Reporting to the First Line Manager you will be responsible for administrative support with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the site. Be able to work as part of a small friendly team, and under own initiative. Knowledge also required and experience of Microsoft software packages in particular Excel would be advantageous.

The Role

Assisting with payroll.
Assisting with recruitment
Adding new starters onto the system & removing levers from the system.
Monitoring of inbox
Accurate and timely scanning of documents and system update on a daily basis
Data Entry
Filing of any documentation.
Administrative support by maintaining accurate data and filing on a daily basis
Create positive working relationship with both internal and external customers

The Company

Our client, is looking for an Administrator on a temporary to permanent position. This is an administrative role which will see you responsible for data entry of stock onto a bespoke system.
