One of the UK’s most established market leading research organisation based near Bangor has an opportunity for a strong Administrator. Established nearly forty years ago our client has a fantastic reputation and prides itself on providing a quality service to its clients.  You will be working with a friendly team who will be on hand to provide training and support if needed.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following: 

Providing administrative support to various departments
Dealing with Bookings, contractors and visitors ensuring that all COVID guidelines have been received 
Generating technical reports
Raising invoices
Dealing with quality assurance administration
Taking all incoming enquiries including face to face, telephone and email
Handling all incoming deliveries and post
Typing letters, sending faxes, filing
Reporting building issues to Estates Manager
Assisting with legislative checks 
ECW & ABER prep for BSI environmental audit in August
Writing up reports
Updating data on Excel and Word
We are keen to speak to anyone who can demonstrate the following skills and / or experience:

Excellent administration skills with previous experience in a commercial role
Strong organisational skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Good level of proficiency with Word and Excel 
Full driving license and own vehicle is essential
This position is a full-time temporary role for approximately 6 weeks, working Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and 8:30am – 4:30pm on a Friday with an hourly pay rate of £10.19 plus holiday pay.
