Set in the heart of the Snowdonia Valley that borders onto a lake, this organisation prides its reputation as a green not-for-profit social business that provides a welcoming residential retreat. Working together as a team where training and development is given, to deliver first class service to customers and inspire all operations.
As an Administration Support officer you will be responsible for:
Receiving and responding to enquiries and processing information from emails and bookings management system.
Responding to queries from colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
Processing forms and inputting data onto in house systems
Creating invoices using Quickbooks
General office/administration including making bookings
Minute taking and any other tasks as requested by the management team
Providing Occasional office cover and group hosting and welcome talks
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills or experience:
Previous experience within a clerical/administration role, preferably within a hospitality setting
Minute taking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong IT and organisational skills inc Quick Books
Ability to converse through the medium of English & Welsh (Essential)
Ability to work outside of office hours on occasions (some early evenings and 1 in 3 weekends)
This is a temporary position up until November 2021 but could go permanent for the right candidate. Working 25 hours a week over 5 days on an hourly rate of £9.60 per hour.
