An established organisation is seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join its team based in Bangor, Gwynedd. As an Administration support officer you will be responsible for:
Receiving and responding to enquiries and referring to the appropriate department.
Dealing with enquiries from patients and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
Processing forms and inputting data onto in house systems
General office/administration including making appointments
Dealing with highly sensitive documents in a confidential manner
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills or experience:
Previous experience within a clerical/administration role, preferably within the NHS or a medical setting
A compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle themselves well in stressful situations
Copy/Audio typing skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong IT and organisational skills
This is a temporary role on a month by month basis working 6am – 3pm Monday to Sunday on an hourly rate of £9.32 per hour plus holidays.
